I have had a great experience with their product and support. It is well worth the money. I was using ghettoVCB, and that was not cutting it. This product has been very easy to configure, I was running my first test backup maybe 30 minutes after install. It was easy to just set and forget, the emails let me know my backups are running. I like not having to tweak something for 2 months to finally get everything right. I have moved on other projects.

The problems that I have had have been cleared up by their support fast. There was one person was helping me with a license issue (that was my fault) well after 6 pm on a Friday. I wanted to get my weekend backups taken care of before I went home and they helped me out.

This is the real deal and the price is great. If you are on the fence about Vbackup, just buy it already. If you don't want to buy it, try it out. I have a feeling you will have your credit card out one week later just like me.
