Remove the spaces and special characters "(" and ")" from the VM name and you should be good to go. You can rename the VM via VMware vSphere Client once the restore completes (if you wish).
By removing the spaces and special characters during the restore process this allows the VM's files to be created and named properly. When you rename the VM via VMware vSphere Client you are essentially changing the label leaving the VM's files named as is.
VMware recommends, as a best practice, against (but does not inherently block) using spaces and special characters in object names as this can cause issues with integration utilities.
Hope this helps!
