Hi everyone,

I have a problem; I add the machine where the Thinware was installed into an Windows AD, and after that I receive License error. Until then, everything was fine. Now, the Hardware ID is marked with red colour.

The license type was STANDARD.

What I should do now?

Thank you!

Just request a new license with the new hardware ID and you should be good to go.

With Advanced and Professional Edition licenses we can reactivate the license with the new hardware ID, with Standard (free) Edition licenses it is just easier to request a new one.

Hope this helps.
