Hi,
I installed the software and the backup procedure works great and was easy to setup for my ESXi 5.
My problem is that when I try to restore I get an error. " The device or operation specified at index '2' is not supported for the current virtual machine version 'vmx-04'. A minimum version of 'vmx-06' is required for this operation to succeed."
I assume that if I restored on an esxi4 server that I will have no issues.
Is there a way to save for Virtual Machione Hardware version 6 or 7 (native for esxi 4) instead of vmx-04 when creating the backup ?
