to whom concerned

I just upgrade thinware software to 0.3.1.2638 version
but I still get the same error messages
does any one known what happend ?

to whom concerned:

1.I can create a snapshot from VMware vSphere client
2.I ever do the following command

C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe /C ""VBACKUP_APPLICATION_FOLDER\plink.exe" -ssh 192.168.1.63 -P 22 -l root -pw ROOT_PASSWORD -batch "vim-cmd vmsvc/snapshot.create 1 TEST_SNAPSHOT 'Test snapshot' 0 1""

From VNware vSphere client , I can see this command also can create snapshot

3.I don't create a snapshot via command line on the ESXi host. I will try it.

4.Here we only on virtual machine.

Not trying to hijack a thread, but we are getting this error as well, when backing up a running Windows VM. If I shut it down, it backs up just fine. I can back up a running Linux VM without any error.

Was hoping someone may have some additional info on this error.
