Glad to help.

Can you reply with the console output? There should be some additional messages on the error that will be printed in the console as the backup job is running. We will need this to further diagnose.

Thank you,

vBackup Team

http://www.thinware.net/Community/Forums/tabid/70/forumid/16/postid/180/scope/posts/Default.aspx also helped me to solve issue.

User error solved by changing user "vm_user5" to "root".

Still getting:
SSL_VerifyCbHelper: Certificate verification is disabled, so connection will pro ceed despite the error
SSL_VerifyCbHelper: Certificate verification is disabled, so connection will pro ceed despite the error
SSL_VerifyCbHelper: Certificate verification is disabled, so connection will pro ceed despite the error

Backup process completed successfully.

Thanks

If you still want to use the "vm_user5" user account simply make sure the permissions for this account match the requirements in the following tables. The other messages have to do with how your environment is setup to handle SSL certificates. These are not errors and should not cause any issues.

Required Permissions to Complete a Backup:
Privilege Category Privilege Subcategory Privilege
Virtual Machine Provisioning Allow Virtual Machine Download
State Create Snapshot
Remove Snapshot
Configuration Disk Lease

Required permissions to complete a restore:
Privilege Category Privilege Subcategory Privilege
Virtual Machine Inventory Create
Remove
Configuration Settings
Change Resource
Resource Assign Virtual Machine to Resource Pool

Thank you,

vBackup Team
