Unable to upload configuration (VMX) on Restore - Discussions

Hoping someone can help out. Attempted to use the Restore option on a backup. The process errors out with:

Unable to upload configuration (VMX) file for new virtual machine to datastore. scp: ambiguous taget

Lost connection
.

Have not attempted a restore in quite some time, so this is a bit disconcerting to say the least. Using default restore options.

Please try to restore the backup without any special characters or spaces in the VM or datastore names.

You might also check that you are running a more recent release. I beleive this was resolved in version 4.0.2.
