I have yet to get a successful backup. I am using the advanced license (with basic compression) on my thick provisioned VMs. the operation fails with the error:
E Unable to complete backup. Unable to verify successful transfer of virtual machine virtual disk file B:\AD-01.domain.lan\160530_172216\AD-01.domain.lan.vmdk.
Temporary snapshot removed.

I'm using VDDK 5.1

i Tip: Even though an SSL certificate error was encountered, certificate verification is disabled causing the error to be ignored. There is plenty of space (around 10Tb) on the destination drive. the VM in question is only about 100Gb, so there should be plenty of room.
