Hello, I have 2 ESXi hosts that run several VM. Some of them in ESXi server1 have the same name than others in ESXi server2. They have same VM name because they are based on same template, although they have different IP address, and there is no problem for this 2 ESXi to host shuch VMs, there is no conflict.

When I add ESXi server1 to vBackup I can add all VMs it hosts, but when then I add ESXi server2, I can't add the VMs that have same name that the first found. Could it be possible to add VMs with same name of different ESXi hosts? when backup is done they could go to a different folder for every ESXi host, so they won't mix.

If it's not possible, I'll have to rename VMs to different name in ESX servers 1 and 2.

Regards.
